Feels Pretty Awesome is a rock ‘n’ roll dance class, created with intention and authenticity. The collective is treasured, and collected is joy.
Feels Pretty Awesome is a community committed to rejuvenating through dance and meditation. The class is distinctly non-competitive, stemming from Yoga Booty Ballet®, or ‘YBB.’ Kristen Huffman Lemoine champions a space that welcomes the wild and wise. The space is held intentionally; a respite. Feels Pretty Awesome tends to inspire us to “dance like we mean it.” Come enjoy the class that Kristen has been passionately committed to since 2007.
Why
This class has grown with me since 2007, and continues to evolve as I do. It is distinctly alive, as it takes its' shape from what we bring together as a community. I have treasured this class, which is a life practice, the most fun party, and my favorite kind of therapy. It is always real, honest, and courageous. It keeps me wild and free.

Feels Pretty Awesome goes away in a different way, and offers a unique kind of nourishment. There is nothing a circle of dancing women can not do.
