Sweat meets a restorative centering in this uplifting, non-competitive cardio dance class that incorporates therapeutic yoga and meditation, offering optimal, full system wellness.

Tips for Attending a Feels Pretty Awesome class at Breakin Boundaries:
- Please arrive on time.
- You will be both on your feet dancing, and lying in stillness on the floor. Yoga mats are provided at BB, but you are welcome to bring your own mat.
- Please dress comfortably and bring WATER!
- Feel free to dance bare foot, or bring sneakers. Feels Pretty Awesome varies from low to high intensity, and can be modified per the needs of each participant.
