The ultimate active recovery experience with the marriage of Upswell RELEASE, crystal bowl sound bath, and healing touch. Wash away stress, soothe your nervous system, and connect with your body in this 75 minute workshop. The night begins with a 30 minute guided myofascial RELEASE class to relax the body, followed by a 45 minute sound bath meditation provided by Kristen Huffman, and healing touch with massage therapists from REVO PT.
